3/4 a Cup of Melted Butter
3/4 a Cup of Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg white
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 a Cup of Milk
1 and 1/4 a cup of Flour(sifted)
1/4 Tsp of salt
1 and 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
2-3 Tbs of Sprinkles(i used pink white and red sprinkles)
Ingredients for Cream Cheese Frosting:
8oz of Cream Cheese
4 tbs of Butter
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
4 cups of Powdered sugar(make sure it is sifted)
1) In one bowl mix the Sugar, Milk, Melted Butter, vanilla extract and the eggs |
2) In a separate bowl mix the Flour, Salt, and baking powder and slowly add it to the liquid mixture while continuously mixing. |
3) while mixing still you can add food coloring if you want pink cupcakes |
4) Once you have a smooth mixture you can add in the sprinkles and mix it with a spoon. |
5) Fill each cupcake 3/4's of the way up and put it in the oven for 15-18 mins on 365 degrees |
When you take the cupcakes out you will have the fluffiest, mouth watering cupcakes! While the cupcakes are cooling you can work on the Cream Cheese Frosting :)
1) In a bowl add the cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract and mix until smooth |
2) In separate bowl sift the powdered sugar and slowly mix into the cream cheese mixture |
3) Now you have a cream Cheese frosting! If you want to add spunk, add in a Tbs of sprinkles |
Now that you're frosting is done and your cupcakes are cooled, you can ice your cupcakes! To make it a little bit funner I added heart gobstopper candies on top as shown below
